Olivia hipster bottom has matte gold "U" hardware at each hip with either moderate rear coverage (Classic cut) or full rear coverage (Full cut). 80% Nylon, 20% Spandex.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return your regular priced merchandise within 30 days from the delivery date for STORE CREDIT or an EXCHANGE of the purchased amount of the merchandise. If an item is defective and a replacement is no longer available we may credit your payment card for a refund. Please note that shipping fees from your order are not refundable.
Once we receive your return package, please allow up to 15 DAYS to process your return request. Store credit will be sent to you via email, we will also keep your credit on file in our database. Store credits issued by Beachbliss have no expiration date.

- Discoloration or fabric bleeding.
- Marks, stains, and blemishes (caused during manufacturing or packaging process).
- Sewing or manufacturing flaws.
- Missing or broken hardware (clips, fasteners, rings, etc.).
- Incorrect indicated size.
Incorrectly shipped items are items that were packaged incorrectly or on rare occasion, shipped to the wrong customer.
All approved returns will be issued STORE CREDIT ONLY. Our return policy is only good for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your order was delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you store credit or exchange. Any returns for items on SALE must be received within 15 days of delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Items should be in the original packaging, with tags still attached, without odors or any stains, and without tampered or removed sanitary linings.
Should you decide you need to return any items on your order, please fill out the return form on the back of the invoice included with your order. If you need a new return form, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will assist you the best we can.
All Returns must be received within 30 days of delivery date and should meet the following criteria:
- Do not remove the protective liner (if applicable) unless you are certain that you are satisfied with your purchase.
- All tags should be attached to garments, in original packaging, unworn (except for trying on), undamaged, and are in sale condition.
- Please include the completed form for us to process your return request.
- Please mail the completed Return form along with the item(s) for return to the address on the form.
- Thong, tonga, g-string, underwear bottoms, and Leather Bikini Products cannot be returned due to health stipulations.
- If your item is defective we replace it and ship it to you at no cost to you (we include a postage paid return package for the defective item).
- Orders over $300 will be charged a restocking fee of 15% of the returned merchandise amount.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Returns and Exchanges
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Store Credit (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). Once your return is approved store credit will be issued to you and instructions will be sent to you via the email you provided when you placed an order. Orders with special offers or discounts will have an adjusted store credit amount. Store credits issued by Beachbliss have no expiration date. If you are not satisfied with any items from the current season, please note that new products are published on our site every quarter, making it easy to utilize the store credit.
Clearance (if applicable)
Purchases from our clearance section are FINAL SALES.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to: 143 W Main Street, Alhambra, California, US, 91801. Once the returned items have been approved, your store credit allowance will be emailed to you to be applied toward a new order for your exchange. If you need your exchange expedited for any reason, please call Customer Service at 1-800-695-1229 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Shipping a Return
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 143 W Main Street, Alhambra, California, US, 91801. Beachbliss is not responsible for lost or stolen packages or for items sent back without a delivery confirmation or tracking number. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
DELIVERY NOTE (USA domestic and in some cases CANADA): We have been hearing of reports that delivery services may be delayed in areas experiencing severe winter weather. Please be advised the tracking information may provide an "expected time of delivery" which may be different than the actual delivery time in affected areas. Please allow an additional day or possibly two days for packages to arrive once you have received your confirmation email with tracking number. The concern for safety of the personnel from those delivery carriers and interrupted air-transit processing will likely affect delivery times. Please contact your local postal services for any updates on delivery schedules if you live in those affected areas. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and we thank you for your patience and understanding.

Beachbliss processes most orders within 1-3 business days after an order has been placed. Orders placed after 3PM PST will not be processed until the next business day. Orders are not processed or shipped during weekends. Actual shipping times take place after processing and delivery times will vary. Depending on the popularity of the item, an item that is shown as "in stock" may actually be "out of stock" or on "back-order". When this occurs, we will notify you of the status of your item(s) and proceed with fulfilling your order as soon as it becomes available.
Beachbliss is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. All orders are shipped with delivery/shipping confirmation from USPS. If your package is confirmed as delivered or shipped, we cannot issue any refunds or credits for lost or stolen packages. Should you not receive your package in a timely manner after you have received your shipping confirmation, please email or call us to inquire about your order. When leaving a message with our voicemail system, please be sure to include your order number, email address, and complete billing name.
