Return & Exchange Policy


Thank you for shopping at!  If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return non-sale merchandise within 15 days from the delivery date for exchange, store credit, or refund equal to the purchase price of your items provided that the merchandise meets the following criteria:

Return Guidelines & Criteria:

  • Item(s) being returned must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that it was received. Item(s) must be returned with the original packaging, with tags and sanitary linings still attached, and without odors or any stains.
  • Return of non-sale items postmarked after 15 days of delivery date will receive Store Credit Only.
  • SALE ITEMS can be returned for an exchange or store credit only within 30 days.
  • Returns received passed 30 days of delivery date will not receive any store credit and can no longer be exchanged.
  • Do not remove the protective liner (if applicable) unless you are certain that you are satisfied with your purchase.
  • THESE ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED: “Itsy” bottoms, Thongs, Tonga and G-string bottoms, underwear, and certain products as noted on their individual product pages.
  • Worn, soiled, damaged, odors, and laundered items cannot be returned. NO EXCEPTIONS!
  • Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
  • Shipping fees are not refundable.
  • "GWP" or Gift With Purchase items/offers are not redeemable for cash or credit. GWPs must be returned with applicable merchandise or retail value amount of the GWP will be deducted from the refund/credit amount.

    A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund or store credit on returns totaling $250.00 or more (including split orders).



      Complete the Return Form on the back of the invoice/packing slip included with your order.  If you need a new Return Form, please email us at

      Allow up to 10 DAYS to process your return.  An email confirmation will be sent to you once your return has been fully processed.  Approved returns will be refunded on the original method of payment.  Orders with special offers or discounts will have an adjusted refund or store credit amount.  Returns being issued store credit will receive an email containing the store credit code. Store Credits issued by Beachbliss have no expiration date and can be used in conjunction with any ongoing promotions.

      NOTE: We reserve the right to refuse a return, issue a partial refund, or issue store credit at our discretion if any item returned is not in its original condition, is damaged or washed, missing parts, or for reasons not due to our error.

      DISCLAIMER: Beachbliss is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, or for items sent back to us without a delivery confirmation or tracking number.  You will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs.  If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a track-able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.  We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Please allow up to 10 business days for processing your return(s).



      For your convenience, we offer a return label shipping service. Just email us at to request a return label, and please include your order number and items being returned. We will email you a return label that you can print out and affix to your package. This optional service is $5.95-$14.95 (depending on weight), which will be deducted from your refund or store credit amount.


       RETURNS FOR STORE CREDIT (if applicable)

      Returns of regular priced items postmarked past 15 days of delivery date will receive Store Credit Only. Returns past 30 days of delivery will not receive any store credit and can no longer be exchanged.

      We will notify you by email once we finish processing your returned item(s). Please allow up to 10 business days to complete. The store credit and instructions will be sent to you via the email you provided to us on the original order. Store Credits issued by Beachbliss have no expiration date and can be used in conjunction with any ongoing promotions. If you are not satisfied with any items from the current season, please note that new products are published on our site every few weeks, making it easier to utilize the balance on your store credit.



      We accept exchanges for items that are either defective or shipped incorrectly. Defective items must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery. However, if you would like to exchange items on your order for a different item(s), please return unwanted items first for store credit within 30 days of receipt. You can apply the store credit on your exchange order to deduct any difference in the purchase amount.

      EXPEDITED EXCHANGES:  If you need an exchange expedited for any reason, you can place a new order prior to returning items from another order to reduce processing time. Please include the order number you are exchanging for in the text field for special instructions upon your shopping checkout.       Examples of defective items are but not limited to:

      • Discoloration or fabric bleeding.
      • Marks, stains, and blemishes (caused during manufacturing or packaging process).
      • Sewing or manufacturing flaws.
      • Missing or broken hardware (clips, fasteners, rings, etc.).
      • Incorrect indicated size.
      • Incorrectly shipped items are items that were packaged incorrectly or on rare occasion, shipped to the wrong customer.


      If any of the above or similar applies to your order, please email us at within 48 hours of the delivery of your order, and include your order number plus a description of the issue. We will replace the item to you at no cost and will provide a prepaid postage label to send the exchange item(s) back.  We will also ship the replacement item to you at no cost.


      If we receive a non-qualifying return item(s), we may charge you up to $9.95 for shipping to send the items back to you. Any item that is returned more than 30 days past the delivery date will not receive store credit. The item(s) will be shipped back to you.
